Where in Florida
Florida is not one market — it is a dozen, with different weather exposure, insurance realities, tax rolls, healthcare networks, and personalities. We narrow twelve regions down to the two or three that genuinely fit how you live.

Choosing a state takes an afternoon. Choosing the right coast, the right town, the right street — and knowing whether to rent for a year or buy now — is the part that costs people money and time. That is the part we do with you.
It happens because the research is done from a thousand miles away, on listing sites that show square footage and price and nothing that actually matters — what the insurance will cost, which neighbourhoods flood, how far the nearest specialist is, whether the commute works in February when the seasonal traffic arrives.
Moving2FL exists to prevent the first move. We are Andrei and Aynura Aghenii. Aynura is a licensed Florida real estate agent with eXp Realty; Andrei builds the research, tooling, and logistics behind the program. Together we take a small number of out-of-state families each quarter and walk them from “somewhere in Florida” to keys in hand.
— What the program covers
Florida is not one market — it is a dozen, with different weather exposure, insurance realities, tax rolls, healthcare networks, and personalities. We narrow twelve regions down to the two or three that genuinely fit how you live.
The most consequential question, and the one most agents answer with “buy.” We work it honestly against your timeline, your certainty about the area, and what a year of renting actually costs you versus what a wrong purchase costs you.
No state income tax is the headline. Homeowners insurance, flood zones, HOA and CDD fees, millage rates, and the homestead exemption are the fine print. You will see the whole picture before you commit, not after.
Licences, registration, insurance, utilities, schools or Medicare providers, movers, and the order to do them in. A sequenced 90-day plan so nothing lands on you in the wrong week.
— Five tracks
Same program, different reading list. You tell us which of these sounds like you — nothing is assigned, and you can sit across two of them if that is closer to the truth.
Rent first almost always. Remote-work infrastructure, what the tax change is really worth on your salary, and how to build Florida credit history before you buy.
How to research school districts from official sources rather than hearsay, insurance and flood-zone exposure, paediatric care, and commutes that survive season.
Relocating a household and sometimes a business. Waterfront and luxury inventory, club and marina access, private schooling, and timing a sale in your origin state.
Age-qualified communities and how their eligibility rules actually work, the homestead exemption, Save Our Homes portability, and healthcare networks that accept your plan.
Single-storey and accessible homes, proximity to continuum-of-care, Medicare provider networks, and the Florida-specific estate questions worth asking early.

We reply to every application
— Who you are working with
Every application is read by us. Every plan is built by us. The program is deliberately small because the alternative is the thing we are trying to save you from — being handed between people who have never spoken to each other.
We would rather talk one family out of a house than talk ten into one.

— Applications are reviewed personally
The application takes about four minutes. There is no cost, no obligation, and no automated follow-up sequence — you will hear from one of us directly within a day.
